PTR Raiding

Blizzard announcing all this Ulduar information has gotten me excited. Hopefully, they can get the PTR up quick, so Poor Play can jump in there and start working on the bosses. This will also help our boredom of farming Obsidian Sanctum, Naxxramas and Eye of Eternity every week.

I really can't wait for the first boss fight. I figured Blizzard would have a vehicle fight of some sort, but this really sound like it is going to be a blast for a first encounter. The fact that there are 14 bosses and 11 of them are going to have a hard mode is really nice too.

Once the PTR gets up, I will bring insight into the boss fights that we test out.

Current Achievement Points

Currently, I am sitting at a nice 6505 Achievement Points.

I am almost done with all the current raiding ones. Just have Spore Loser on Heroic mode, which shouldn't be too hard.

Hopefully, this agreement with the Horde side will work out and I am going to get a bunch of BG ones done soon too.

Some I would like to finish are the two rep factions from Vanilla WoW (Hydraxian Waterlords and Broods of Nozdormu), plus get five more exalted reps for The Exalted title.

I also want to try and finish up the Fishing ones I haven't quite sat down and tried to complete.

Heroic: Glory of the Raider

Finally completed Immortal. This was one of the most stressful Heroic Raid achievements there is. Anything from a disconnect to someone having a small brain lapse ruined it. Happy the guild finally had a good night.

Reward - Black Proto Drake. It is so amazing looking and I am happy to be an owner of one.

Glory of the Raider

Finally completed Twilight Zone (10 Man Sartharion with 3 Drakes alive). The best part about this achievement is we did it with a Voidwalker tanking. It was so much fun.

Glory of the Hero

I completed Glory of the Hero Post Nerf. Yeah, I know, I should have done Gotta Go before the patch, but it was just really making me emo and all the RNG involved was pointless.

Server First Titles

Poor Play captured every server first for the 25 mans within a week of Wrath being launched.

Hi There,

Welcome to my Blog. I will be updating this as soon as I can figure out what I want to post.

First, I will introduce myself. I am 26 years old, working as an Auditor for the Government (OIG-USDA). I have lived in the Kansas City area for a little over two years now. I went to school in Iowa (which I called home for the first 23 years of my life).

A little about my history in World of Warcraft.

I originally started out as a Troll Warrior on Mal'ganis. I had an amazing amount of fun tanking everything up to C'thun in Vanilla WoW, and up to Serpentshrine Cavern in Burning Crusade.

At the start of Serpentshrine Cavern, I was looking for a change, and had been casually leveling a Draenei Shaman on a friends server. They needed a Resto Shaman, so the day I hit 70, I had a raid spot with them. I have now been playing this Shaman through all raid content possible (although with a few different guilds).

Guild History:
Attrition - Staghelm (2nd on Server Through BT)
Invictus - Alexstrasza (1st on Server Through Sunwell)
Poor Play - Uldum (1st on Server Through Current Content)

Hopefully, I will bring a little insight into what a Shaman's job is in raiding for the Restoration Role. Until then, have fun and remember, it is just a game.
